2026 Bowl Season Start

In Michigan, we are all familiar with the popular annual bicycling event,  the Tour de Troit. And we are all about showing off Michigan--and especially the young people who participate in Ethics Bowl.

To announce the 13th Bowl Season Start, take a look at the Michigan High School Tour d'Ethics Bowl map. The winding 152 mile route takes us through this year's Bowl school cities--starting in Ann Arbor on September 27th and ending in Ypsilanti on Bowl weekend, January 31st-February 1st. 

The 2026 Season Start is Saturday, September 27th from 2-4pm at U-M Mason Hall, gives teams and coaches a first look and opportunity to find out what you need to know about the 2026 Bowl:

This year, the focus will be about "how the Bowl works," with a '"mock" Bowl round, presented by the 2026 U-M philosopher coaches.  
 
We will also give a warm reception to Bowlers-to-be...new schools/  teams, teachers/faculty coaches from:  

Troy High School-Troy
Cranbrook Kingswood School-Bloomfield Hills 

And cheer the veterans...schools, teams, teachers/faculty coaches who already support and belong to the community (listed in order by number of years in the Bowl).
