I have a passion and happen to be kind of knowledgable about a particular issue related to health and well being. I try not to be obnoxious about sharing this knowledge but it is so frustrating to watch friends and loved ones makes choices I know will result in more complications and further medical interventions. What do I do? I want to just start saying I Told YOU So but I know that's not helpful. What do I do?
